The Bulk Toolkit

Marketplace image rejected or blurry on zoom

Two different failures share one fix path: make sure every listing image meets minimum pixels and aspect ratio, then keep file weight under the portal cap.

1. Read the rejection reason. If it mentions resolution, long edge, or aspect ratio, open the matching size guide—for example Amazon image resizer —and the platform hub for other marketplaces.

2. Resize the whole batch. Use Bulk Resize with the correct preset or custom width and height so every SKU matches the same frame.

3. Compress if needed. Run Bulk Compress after dimensions are correct. If only file size failed first, see also listing images too large to upload.

FAQ

Why does zoom look blurry after upload?
If the source was upscaled or far below the marketplace minimum, the gallery can look soft. Start from images that meet or exceed the recommended long edge, then resize down—not up—to the target frame.
Does compression cause blur?
Heavy compression can add artifacts. Use High Quality first; step down only if you must meet a strict byte cap.
Where are the pixel numbers for my channel?
Use our channel guides (for example Amazon) from the platform hub, and always confirm the latest rules in Seller Central or your marketplace help center.
