The Bulk Toolkit

Listing images too large to upload

Seller portals often cap file size per image. When a batch fails on weight—not pixels—start with consistent compression across every file, then confirm dimensions if errors persist.

1. Batch compress first. Add your folder or ZIP to Bulk Compress and use High Quality to preserve detail. Download the ZIP and retry the upload flow.

2. If the portal still complains about dimensions. Open wrong listing image size and resize with Bulk Resize using a marketplace preset from the platform hub.

3. Compare workflows. See batch vs one-file compressors when you are choosing between a single-file site and a catalog ZIP pass.

FAQ

Should I compress before or after resize?
If the rejection is only megabytes, try compress first at High Quality. If the marketplace also enforces minimum pixels or aspect ratio, resize to the target frame first, then compress.
Are my images uploaded to your servers for compress?
Bulk Compress runs locally in your browser for raster images. Background removal and PDF/audio/video tools use our servers under separate limits.
What if compressing is not enough?
Check max dimensions in Seller Help—then use Bulk Resize to match the required frame before compressing again.
