How to watermark, rotate, and extract PDF pages

PDF Watermark

Add a visible **CONFIDENTIAL**, **DRAFT**, or brand line across every page with PDF Watermark.

1. Upload one PDF.
2. Enter **Watermark text**.
3. Choose **position**: Diagonal (default), Center, Top, or Bottom.
4. Click **Apply watermark** → download `watermarked.pdf`.

Opacity is tuned for readability without hiding content. For image logos on photos, use Bulk Watermark instead.

Rotate PDF

Phone scans often arrive upside-down or sideways. Rotate PDF rotates **every page** in the file by 90°, 180°, or 270° clockwise.

1. Upload the PDF.
2. Select rotation angle.
3. Click **Rotate PDF** → download `rotated.pdf`.

Rotation stacks with the page's existing orientation — run twice if you need 180° from a 90° scan.

Extract Pages

When you need **some** pages, not all, use Extract Pages instead of Split.

1. Upload one PDF.
2. In **Pages**, enter a range like `1-3,5,7-9` (comma-separated, 1-based page numbers).
3. Click **Extract pages** → download `extracted.pdf`.

Examples:

• •`1` — first page only
• •`2-4` — pages 2 through 4
• •`1,3,5` — non-contiguous picks
