How to resize, compress, and convert images in bulk

Step-by-step guide to The Bulk Toolkit browser tools — upload, preview thumbnails, process, and download a ZIP.

What you can do

The Bulk Toolkit runs **resize**, **compress**, and **convert** entirely in your browser. Files stay on your device until you download the finished ZIP — nothing is stored on our servers for these tools.

Plan limits

  • **Free:** up to 20 images per batch
  • **Premium:** up to 100 images per batch, no ads, and higher AI quotas for background removal

Step-by-step: Bulk Resize

  1. Open Bulk Resize.
  2. Choose a **marketplace preset** (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Instagram, WhatsApp) or enter custom width and height.
  3. **Add images** — drag files onto the drop zone, click to browse, or drop a single **.zip** folder. You will see **thumbnail previews** for each image; use the **✕** on a thumb to remove it, or click **Add** to append more files.
  4. Review the file list, then click **Start processing**.
  5. When the progress bar completes, click **Download ZIP** to save all resized images.

Step-by-step: Bulk Compress

  1. Open Bulk Compress.
  2. Pick a **quality preset** — High, Balanced, or Maximum compression.
  3. Add images or one ZIP (same drop zone workflow as resize).
  4. Click **Start processing**, then **Download ZIP**.

Step-by-step: Bulk Convert

  1. Open Bulk Convert.
  2. Select a conversion pair (e.g. PNG → JPG, WEBP → PNG).
  3. Add your files, start processing, and download the ZIP.

Tips for a smooth batch

  • You can **add files in multiple steps** — new picks append to the batch until you hit your plan limit.
  • **One ZIP per batch** — you cannot mix a ZIP with loose images in the same batch.
  • If you exceed the limit, the drop zone shows a **red error border** and keeps your current selection.
  • Works best in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on desktop; mobile is supported but large batches may be slower.
