Merge PDF
Use Merge PDF when you need one document from several files — monthly statements, signed pages, or vendor packets in a fixed order.
Step-by-step
- Sign in with a **verified** account and open Merge PDF.
- Drop **two or more** PDF files (up to 20 Free · 50 Premium).
- Use the **Merge order** list — move files **up** or **down** so the first file in the list becomes the first pages in the output.
- Click **Merge N PDFs**.
- Wait for processing, then **Download** `merged.pdf`.
Tips
- •File order matters — double-check before you submit
- •Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first unless they open without a password in your viewer
- •Free plan: download promptly; Premium keeps the job for 7 days
Split PDF
Split PDF takes **one** PDF and returns a **ZIP** with each page as its own PDF (`filename-page-001.pdf`, etc.). Useful for splitting scanned stacks or separating chapters.
Step-by-step
- Open Split PDF.
- Upload **one** PDF (max 25 MB Free · 50 MB Premium).
- Click **Split PDF**.
- Download `output.zip` and unzip on your computer.
When split beats merge
- •You received one long scan and need to email single pages
- •You want to archive page-level files in a DAM or ERP
- •You only need a subset — consider Extract Pages instead for ranges like `1-3,5`
